Supply Chain Optimization
Pick, Pack, Ship, and Put Away
Increase throughput through automation and order consolidation. Speed all processes from picking to placing ordered product at its par cart location.

Recalled/Expired Product

Scan the manufacturer bar codes during picking. If expiration date and/or lot number is present in the GS1 bar code, expired/nearly expired/recalled items will never make it out the door. Sensitive items can be flagged as requiring an item bar code scan to confirm the pick.
Transparent Chain of Custody

Know where every ordered item is within the fulfillment process (yet to be picked, on the conveyor waiting to be packed, on the customer’s supply dock, etc….) at any
point in time and who or what performed which steps to get it there.
Rounding, Kitting, and Substitution

Set up rounding percentages to round internal customer orders to whole units of measure (pick 1 case of 100 instead of 93 eaches)—percentages can be
individualized/turned on or off by order guide. Translate kit item numbers and quantities, or out-of-stock items, to one or more other items for picking.

Quiddit WMS + WCS

Quiddit WCS (Warehouse Control System) is companion software that governs the automation of warehouse equipment. It ties robotic operation to every step in the order fulfillment process.
While Quiddit WCS is used in conjunction with Quiddit WMS, it can also be used separately to add robotic automation to other WMS systems.
